Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt. 
Return Procedures
All returns must be made within 14 days after the Product receipt date. All returned Products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service as per the Site. For the free shipping products, customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee. All Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@crossinart.com.
